for capet I wouldn't go with the cf chassis, it will have too much flex. I'm stick with the stock or wait for a +8mm aluminum chassis, I hope to have them done by september and I haven't heard of anyone else making them yet.

i actually have a dex210 and my little brother has a b4.1 rtr, i use mine track only and he bashes and hasn't ever been to a track we agreed that for racing we would both rather have a dex210, for a budget the b4 is fine tho , he has the rtr and my dex210 is mod class ready the dex210 is just as durable if not more, and the b4.1 rtr seems sluggish and looks like it would need a few things to be ready for the track,, both are good vehicles just research and learn and buy to your preference if i went off of what everyone told me i would be probably triple the money into this hobby, just remember its all about fun that's why its called a hobby

Please keep me updated with the progress. I have ordered a stock one from my local track. I will wait on news for this one.

will do, I'm thinking I'll be doing a 40-50 peice run and going from there. I think getting them hard anodized is the way to go so thats what I'll need to do to meet the minimum order quantity, anything less will just make it cost more per unit. I'm hoping it will be well worth the wait.

Hoping for some help with some rear side bite. I feel like the rear end rotates a little too hard through the middle of the turns, but I'm not real sure where to start on changes, so any help would be appreciated. I've tried several rear tires and didn't change too much, so I'm thinking it has more to do with the suspension.

Have you tried a longer rear link on the outside of the rear hub or 1.5 squat? Try longer link in front? This might be only me, but your ride height seems really low...I rarely go below 24mm anywhere. You should get rid of that big spur...motor out all the way in the back will act as a pendulum. I run a 81 RW with a 8.5.
I know you mentioned tires, but...what are the fast guys running?

I've found outboard toe to help lock the rear end down middle-out on power. I also see you're running switches- have you tried rattlers? And I'm generally not a fan of cc foams on a low bite track, usually run something like a Trinity Bomb 1 or JC And1 inserts. And I agree with kwiksi on the ride height- too low and the rear end can bottom mid corner and wash out on ya.

RW Racing makes a 69t and 75t, can get them from Amain. Durango makes lightened 75t and 78t, can get them from Tower.
