As of right now there are only a select few pros who can answer that. The 210 is super dialed on tight tracks and high traction surfaces as is. The extended chassis that we'll be testing out next week (and I believe Raul and Steve will have them too) is expected to help on larger tracks and in rough conditions like a few of the outdoor tracks we run at. Cush, (my younger brother who actually races the buggies) has been able to run fast with the standard buggy chassis, but this new chassis should give him the extra little bit he needs to push the car when our local outdoor tracks starts to go away in the hot sun. So in short, no it's not a must have, but I fully expect it to be a noticeable improvement in certain conditions. We'll have two buggies ready for each race day- a standard length and a +8, and he'll run whichever one works best that day.

If your still 3laps off the pace, then feedback is not necessary........

I'm definetly not a beginner. I've just been building the on road stuff for years. It's coming along. Its just that when you compare it to an xray build, its like building some of the circa late 80s yokomo kits. Servo, motor, esc came in today.
I got to the gearbox when I realized I forgot to get a frickin spur for the tresrey slipper. Guess I'm done for the night.

Hey bro
What rear hex hub is that? Need to shim? What rear wheels do you use? Is the offset stay the same?

It's the J Concepts hex, no shim. I use Proline TlR 22 velocity wheels for the rear. I use Proline velocity B4 wheels for the front.

Looks sweet! so all the plastic parts, like the side pods..etc can be directly bolted on?

Everything is a direct bolt on. You get the chassis and the 8mm inserts and you are good to go! Whalla! 8mm longer just like the pro's

I can't wait to see how it changes the car, I'm putting on my standard carbon chassis and I'm building anew car for the +8 to run them side by side for comparison.

Its an expensive option but if your looking for every edge you can have over your competition its defiantely something to look at.
