dont really have any fast sweepers on the tracks i run at but i have no trouble at all , just need to stop making tiny little mistakes that you can get away with , with DEX 410

no diff out at all but i am only running a 10.5 motor with min boost about 20

also i just recharged the lipos after the weekends races and after 5 min race with 1 warm up lap on a med size 25 sec lap time i put 1378 mah back into a 4200 mah lipo

real happy i got myself into this class , and i am not sure if its making me a better 4wd driver as well cause i TQ that class with my best ever times and result and i had a run of 13 laps with less then .3 different from best lap time to worst lap time

i put that down to running 2wd and trying to learn to not crash and cut corners etc

Running 2 wheel drive mod will make you a better all around driver. You can cover up alot of mistakes with 4-wheel drive that you cant with a buggy. I would just not recommend to run them both back to back. Get that weird trying to drive the 2 wheel like a 4 wheel and vice versa. Focus on one car at a time.

Yep I do break in every ball diff too. The schumacher diff is the best I have ever built thus far in terms of life. I will compare with the dex with bfast though .

one guy at my track was in the dex210 with the gear diff. Seems his eclip fell off or something inside. I'll ask him how his car feels with the gear. No build quality issues on the gear diff correct? I have the short course the gear diffs are leaky but work but not the best quality (coming from my xray).

Havent heard much about leaky diff's one guy at my track with a rango put in the gear diff but so far hasnt complained about leakage. Im interested in the SC10 gear diff mod before I break down and shell out $30.00 on the Durango version. Especially since my ball diff with the B-Fast stuff in it is still silky smooth after a month of some really hard practice sessions, talking 8.5 with boost, casing double doubles im trying to triple single. It's taken quite a beating and so far nothing. It loosened slightly one time that caused it to bark on astroturf when I was locking down my slipper, but fine on the track, just too loose for my driving style. Wow Ubuntu really does kick Windows 7 ass. My browser loads up and replies to posts so much faster on this OS.

If I didnt run frequently on a dusty track i would have probably stuck with the ball diff too. But the fine dust gets in the thrust bearing and kept messing it up so made the switch with using very light grease and really like it so far.

no issue at all with the build of the gear diff everything fits perfect

no issues on leaking as well as i used a tiny amount of black grease only

took about 2 full lipos just running steady laps to loosen right up and is now the best its ever felt , very happy with

yes i run on dusty tracks as well a gear diff is a good item for these conditions IMO

plus as i said i cant build a ball diff to save myself

This may be a dumb question but has anyone tried using Associated Front wheels?? I have a ton of Fr.Wheels for my B4.1's and i would love to find some bearings that would let me run them on my 210.. Any suggestions?? Thanks
