is it only when installed on the vehicle? Was thinking maybe your droop screws are all the way in and shouldn't be?

Oh, and I keep pulling out the ballstuds on the rear hubs while running the car. Im using longer ballstuds now and use a locknut on the back of the hub.

FTW piece available through AVID. it has countersunk screws for the wing mounts and comes with screws.

True the losi springs are shorter than the TD ones and require more preload

Just got my 210 over the weekend and would some help figuring out the set up for this track. It is hard packed usually run dry with very little dust on top. (we blow it off every other day) Its very high bit when just blow off. Pictures are from a couple weeks ago and it is now completely piped and fun as hell to drive.

I might try shaving a bit off the layshaft spacer and see if it frees it up a bit.
That's one thing I noticed when I built my kit. There isn't anything stopping the transmission case from getting too tight, so it will put too much pressure on the bearings and cause the topshaft to bind, a lot, and keep the transmission from rotating free. I tighten those screws as I'm spinning the diff outdrives. I wrench until I start to feel some resistance, then back off a hair one at a time until it goes away. After that, I got back and slightly re-tighten the ones that didn't cause the topshaft to start binding.

What are you guys doing to keep the pin in place for the rear hexes? I'm going to pick up the Tresrey rear hexes but until then I wanted to figure out a way to keep them in. Do you think a dab of shoe goo on the pin would keep it from falling out?

A small drop of CA works great until you get the tresrey hexes- they are excellent pieces! Demand for them was so high that we were only able to get one pair so far, but they go right on and include all necessary shims and a new pin as well. Another top notch product from Tresrey!
