I just spoke with Joel at HRP and as far as he knows the kits are still on the boat.
He said they expect to have them later this week.

i know a hobby shop in ohio that have them in his hands in 3 days still on the boat my ass

Word. My lhs says the same and I'm numero uno on the list- well technically the car is for my brother, but I get to build it. I sure do love building new kits! We'll see how my time is but I plan to take step by step pics of the build.

It will be a caged thrust. A little limiting as far as ceramics balls but they do exist.
