Also, did you put the two smaller o-rings on the outdrives? With them on there seems to be too much resistance.
Yes I built the gear diff as per instructions. make sure you give them a good seating in black grease and then make sure they are sitting neatly in the grooves in the outdrives they will turn nice and freely no probs.

Default It looks like parts availability will be so much better

and maybe, just maybe, cheaper now that Hobbico/Great Planes bought TD, et. al.

Yeah, not a fan of that part either, but fortunately I haven't needed much, sorry everyone for being selfish..I will say, the car is very durable IMO..

Parts on the 210 are inexpensive as it is, more so than the B4.1. A constant flow of parts would be better.

Just finished getting the car back together with the SC10 gear diff. Starting with 3k oil.

I need more shims but I put enough on one side so the idle gear doesn't hit the side of the diff that has the backing to the teeth.

Also, make some caster changes & front/rear roll center adjustments too. Ride height is higher than Sunday's setup, and I finally got both left/right front camber & toe settings evened out. Really want to buy the Hudy setup board, but that's money I don't necessarily need to spend right now.

Also, dropping to a 24T pinion from 25. Should give me alittle more punch, as this 6.5 has plenty of top end.

Tuesday is next track visit. Will report on my progress tomorrow night.
