Steve, you should have your stuff in a day or so!

I think that the stock ballcups are fine, one popping off saved my gearcase the other day and i am grateful for that. A buddy of mine upgraded all of his, landed awkward and busted the tranny. On that subject someone is sending me a broken gearcase so i can make a fix/ upgrade which will also include two more mounting points for the inner ball stud.

Wow, sorry to hear that! The diff can be a little bit of an issue when not assembled perfectly and that was really because the instructions weren't real clear on how to do it.....but with the diff assembly video by Durango showing the ways, its by far the best diff out there!

Accidental quote? My gear cover broke a tab off soooo I would like to spend the $3 for a new one. Only real break after six long racedays. We also have a massive triple that has stretched my rear inner ballcups to the point the dont snap on anymore. I did not convert them to a stronger one as I want the cup to pop off and not the camber mount tab on the case.

I looked through all your posts here on RCtech, and notice you didn't come here and ask for any help on how to assemble it properly. You have the advantage of learning from those of us that went through all the trials and tribulations with this car since day 1, and posted up countless detailed explanations and pictures on all dos and don't of putting this car together... one of which being the diff. Once you learn or are shown it's intricacies, it is the single best diff on the market.

So why don't you give us a shot first? What issue are you having? what is the symptom?

I was making a joke about what CptAmerica had said to me If you look at one of the previous posts he told me to stop telling people to ignore all the negatives about the ballcups, that they're fine.
