murfdogg 8.5, it was ok on a track with grip but too much anywhere else. I put a redline 10.5 with 35* of boost(which i thought would be too much!) and its much more tolerable with as much bottom end without the wind up. geared 29/83. I am running RM4 so it hooks up really well.

Well I finally got my Durango and put her all together. All that is left is to wire up the motor, break in the diff and see if she flies. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I put it together correctly

íRoja! from Sticky-Kicks works really well. You might also try running ghosted Barcodes or Barcode slicks in Gold compound.

Default Gear Diff

It comes from ARRMA which is a sister company of Team Durango.
It drops right in with no shimming needed. I run it with 3000CST oil and it works great. You can get all the parts from Tower Hobbies for about $24.

http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...MA&S2=&S3=&S4=

You'll need the ARRMA Diff Gear Idler Gear Set, ARRMA Diff Gear Outdrives and the ARRMA Diff Gear Maintenance Set. It all goes together very easy, just add the diff oil of choice.

Just make sure you put the 210 Diff bearings on the idler gear before you install the outdrives as the bearings won't fit over them.

BTW, the ARRMA slipper clutch pads are the same as the 210's. I haven't tried their spur gears yet....

If you are running on damp wet slick clay, you should probably be running full dremeled slicks, in which case you need no traction compound.

Guys if you know of anyone that want one, I have an almost new 210. Here are some pics. All spare parts are new, and the only up grades are aluminum pre-load collars and shock boots. The body is custom painted by Darkside designs. Comes as a roller. PM for more details and pics. Thanks.
