I have used the HPI thumb screws since I built my car. The plastic durango ones are not very finger friendly.

Sweet, that is good to know. We should start calling them "Durango Pain Screws".

Yeah, at some point some vehicle must of clipped the back of my car, and it broke right where the upper screw goes through the little eyelet. It still stays on, just not very securely.

I'm working on parts list so I can save up some $$ to buy my kit and I'm stuck on servos. What's everyone using? I've used Hitec in the past and while they were great they were expensive. I'm considering Savox.

Ko Propo Response series. Smoothest I've ever tried.

Thanks Randy, appreciate the info, but I'm trying to stay under $1000 for my entire kit (Radio, Car, batts, Motor, etc.) A KO servo would probably cause me to surpass that. You'll be glad to know though that I'm going Tekin for the motor!
