That same guy sold one a few weeks ago for $25. I forgot to bid on it. Still kicking myself...

Also the v2 and v3 got the new rear a-arms, where you have the possibility to mount the shocks at the front and the rear of the arms and a fiew other updated composit parts, like the waterfall gear brace and some smaler parts, these are all named as type B parts!

If you use the type B gear box, you will need also the type B braces, or you have to modify them to fit.

Here is a nice Team Durango Parts Cross Reference Table:

Don't forget the rtr version of the v1

Lol, I saved that listing. Didn't know it was a smoking deal! I noticed a bunch of +8 and +10 carbon fiber chassis plus the +8 DIMEC and DIMECC plastic listed as well. No shortage of options that's for sure.

Correction:

Gull wing arms= V1
Flat Aero arms= V2
Flat Aero arms= V3
Flat Aero arms= F

In my understanding and according to the V3 manual: The V3 uses flat arms as well. Only the V1 had gull wings. But the gull wings worked great on my sons V2.

Fred, did you get a chance to compare the b44 shock tower.

Alan. Sounds like you have a big collection of RC cars. Is there a shock tower that is close in dimensions to the dex210 that would give us 2-4 mm higher attachment points.

Or anybody for they matter. Or is their someone on his thread that could make us a custom carbon one. Or 3D print a spacer to fit between the bullkeads to raise the upper bulkhead up 2-3 mm.

Thanks for checking.

It looks like the B44 tower could be made to work. Use the Exotek camber link mounts.

Hi Fred, could you please tell me, what width the exotek chassis does have?
I just would be interrested, if the dex210f body will fit, instead of the mentioned losi body!?

Ha! I stand corrected. I actually had to go look at the V3 and you're right guys. Flat arms. I think I got confused since I'm working with all three right now. Think before you type Alan, think before you type.

Currently sitting at 47 models with wheels. I get things mixed up sometimes. I have to go through and look/measure some front towers. It's 30° in my garage right now so it won't be today. Damn winter, only lasts a month or two here but anything below 50 might as well be Antarctica to me.

Several alternate bodies were mentioned in this thread that fit better, worth a look.

Im using a jconcepts b5m silencer body and like how it fits, the space that is open is what im using for velcro attachment points so i dont have to smash the body to make it look out of shape on the chassis.
