I do not have weights in the servant and I can not move the battery, I have a lipo classic length.

I thought of using front springs purple and use MM3, so the weight is not on the front when I take off the gas?
Mm3 will sort it but give a completely different driving experience. If you want to stay mm4 you could try less anti squat - although you do need more anti squat for 4 gear it might better balanced.

seem to call using 2mm of shims that did the trick for the bumpsteer.

Is anyone running a front wing on their buggy? As long as I have to run a shock tower protector, I figured I'd look into something like the one pictured below. Yeah.. its a Serpent, but I was hoping to mount it the same way.

I run 1 mm of shims with 25 degrees castor (that's the 0 degree insert). If you are running 30 degrees. Probably 3mm, I'm guessing.

I'm running 30 and had 3mm, went down to 2mm and the bump steer is still there. Im going to rebuild the front end. Maybe I messed something up last time I put it together.

Well, it is the "Cain" edition as you can see on the chassis plate so all the secret stuff is in there, though, the chassis protector was removed.

Cain. Was that a chassis you had before running the Exotek one or did you go back to a stock chassis?

that was the final chassis I had before selling the car.

I thought about the exotek conversion but a deal came up that was too good to pass up on the B6 I have and I was a bit frustrated with durango to be honest. Heck, if I had not wiffed on the dex210F that was available, I probably would have that now but things have been going good with my current car.

That said, if I had to pick between the plan B and the exotek chassis, assuming buying brand new, I would give the exotek the nod mainly as it looks a bit more refined. However, does that mean it handles better? don't know.

Cain I know exactly what you mean. At least you got to run this stuff when it was still relevant. I didn't know any better and invested in the 1/10 lineup before knowing they might be on the way out. It's a shame too, as that DEX210 runs really good and I truly believe it's competitive against the AE lineup.

There is a chance that at least the 1/10 stuff will still get the nod. Its part of why I have my dex410v5 and the desc410v2 . Depending on what I see from the new RC10B64, they may still stick around as they share parts, or at least the desc410v2 since AE most likely won't go back into 4x4 SCT in a competitive manner.

Shame for sure, I remember when having a durango vehicle was kind of special since it was oriented specifically for racing. Feeling how well the desc410v2 drives I can see why that sentiment was out there.

Well I've got them so I might as well run them! Lol Off thread topic but I've got an opportunity to pick up a new, unbuilt, DESC410V2 for $199.Is that truck still competitive with the DESC10?

mike, I'm holding on to them as well. They are all new or completely rebuilt. As long as I can find them and the parts to run them I'm good. Knowing how things are now, would I have chosen TD as my second brand to run? No. But it's too late now and the cars are top of the line no doubt.
