You will need a Type B RR suspension mount and motor guard if you plan to run RM configurations. You can get away with using your old one if you're running MM but you wont be able to use the small bumper

Other than that, the other type B parts just make the car easier to work on or add additional tuning options.

I will be using MM set up. So, I just need the type B bulkhead for the front. Too easy. Was looking at the Revolution plus 11 chassis too. Stock Durango it 35$ cheaper though. Also, looking at going to 12mm hex up front. Just need SCT steering arms and axle's I think? Looking at just going with the exoteck 12mm hex axles to make it easy.

You'd only need the type B bulkhead for the front if you ever plan to use the DIMEC/DIMEC20 type B chassis types.

TD330382 is the hub you need for the hex conversion. http://www.exotekracing.com/dex210-1...-axles-1-pair/ is the easiest method if you got the Exotek route.

If you want to go with a cheaper front axle that works great, try the B5 stainless fronts ASC91406.
If you want a new Chassis. see if u can get a Plan B one. Look it up on Facebook. Made to put shorty sideways.

Hey all I recently purchased a used Dex210 rtr roller. I want to convert it to 4 gear mid motor setup. On Durango's website it says I need the idler gear set, the bearings, two washers and the axle for the extra idler. Is this really all I need to convert it to MM4 or is there anything else I need?

Thank you in advance for your time.

If you got everything that originally came with the RTR kit, that's all.
Otherwise you'll need the MM brace TD320127 and the wing mounts TD320126 too

Thanks for the reply. It didn't come with those things so you just saved me some unnecessary shipping charges lol.

Just a little nugget of what I'm working on for my 210. Sideways shorty side pods.

looks like I got a few spare side pod setups here. I am thinking doing my daughters car with the sideways setup to match my plan b car I am keeping for more similar setups (run both mid motor i am thinking).

Anyone got a pic of what they feel is the easiest sideways mod to do on the stock pods?

Thanks Guys! They are just in the design phase right now, but I should hopefully have something in the next week or so to test with. I need to find out how they fit and what body will work on them before people start getting them. Soon though.....

Here is what I did originally Cain, I used the stops that come with the kit and mounted them mid way up the side pods so I had some battery adjustments forward and back. I bought some B5 Battery foams and used some old turn buckles to stiffen up the chassis. I had to put 2MM spacers under the front balls so the turnbuckles would clear the battery and that was about it. The thing doesn't move and made the car a lot easier to drive.

good stuff. If you have pics of the chassis after the mods with no battery present would love to see it.
