What is this V3 people are talking about? Is that the production name of the 210F? I thought the Dex210v2 was going to sit next to the dex210F...? If they don't produce the V2 anymore that would mean it's getting discontinued... That's a pity.

We'll see what the V3 has in store but the best car so far is a combination of V1 and V2 parts so don't worry if you just bought a V2. Newer doesn't necessarily mean better.
What is the best combination of V1 and V2 parts?

Most likely an update to bring it in line with IFMARs 12mm hex and wheel offset rule next year.

This and maybe, as we saw on some spy shots from the euros and the worlds this year, different compounds of some plastic parts, as like a-arms, bulk head, steering parts and some other bits, or a chassis, that allowes a shorty or saddle packs across the center line?

I think, we will see soon, the anancement of the 210F and an 210v3.

Looks like the stock DEX210v2 body is discontinued as well.

Any other bodies known to fit on the DEX210v2 in MM?

Right after the first spy shot of the new car, it was stated by Chris Doughty that the new car would not replace the 210 but would be a supplement to it. Expect to see a 210V3 and a new car that shares the same front end.

Yeah I could not tighten them enough to not leak without stripping it. They aren't a kit item so I don't have the size. Anyone have the details on what size they are? Definitely need stainless screws for my two gear diffs.

I tried finding alternative bodies to the TD stock for the V2 and it was impossible. It'll be easier for you to first find the Philosopher’s Stone...

I tried with all the European and American stores (here in Melbourne TD is not a popular brand at all) unsuccessfully. In the end a friend from the UK sent me an spare one he had...

It would be great to know if anybody in the world has v2 body alternatives.

Td704008 are the stock screws, M2 x 10, takes a 1.3mm hex (MIPs is best for this)

I hope that helps?

Edit: sorry, the JConcept one, was for the v1, but TD does have a cap forward one, not one of my favorit, but it is for the v2, the # is TD402014.

My wife has the Finisher body on her DEX210v1. I tried putting it on my DEX210v2 and it would probably fit in MM if you cut new body mount holes for the longer chassis. The side pods don't line up either but its better than nothing I guess.

Use the MIP. it won't strip that easy and you will be able to remove them and install them many many times. I tried other 1.3mm hex from other brands and I had to buy a new bag of nuts.
