I'll probably run mine this weekend, large 1/8 track, very loose. Need to cut off the droop screw tabs.

FYI, on the Durango website there is a chart showing the off road springs, and the part number for the fronts, TD330136, is listed twice. Once as Black and once as Dark Red.

Another question then.

I'm running black rear springs now with the defaulted 3hole piston and a Losi 32.5wt shock oil and am finding it a bit too stiff.

Generally do I :- 1) Change to a softer spring? 2)Change the pistons? 3) Lessen or add the shock oil viscosity?

And let's say I do not have the option of changing the spring, what do I do next? Change pistons or shock oil?

Normally I would run 32.5 on a hot summer day over 30C or around 90+ F
Drop the oil to 30 or 27.5. if the temp is cooler. It really depends on the temperature that you need to alter your oils. On cooler days like 23C, I normally would use 27.5.

Hi,

I apologize in advance if this is not allowed and will remove my post if need be. I have a pair of Exotek rear hubs in GOLD that have never been run outdoors if anyone is interested. The only reason I'd like to sell is to get black ones.. LOL.. PM if interested. I do have them listed in the For Sale section.

I've probably said too much already...
Any new word on this car!? I'm picking up my old KF to run on our indoor carpet and would love to replace it with this one soon.

I think you are gonna see a lot of new cars be released just before the worlds, or shortly after the worlds. Some might rush it out just before while others will use the worlds as a testing bed for the final release.

Did Durango send anyone to the warm ups? I didn't look at the final standings.

Really had a chance to drive this car lately. Really fun and nice driving car. Great handling and performance. It takes a bit to get used to jumping it as it isnt quite as forgiving as like a 1/8 truggy, but it drives with such precision.

my final setup is on the TD website
http://www.team-durango.com/pdf/setu...0Up%202015.pdf

By the time the finals came around my car was really good, you can watch a few laps in the video below

Chris,

Having not tried that setup I can say just by looking at the setup sheet that it makes the most sense of any I've seen. I'm a big proponent of balance tuning and if done correctly the front oil weight will always be lighter than the rear and the front piston hole area will always be less than the rear, as yours is.
