Default 1/10 2wd compition buggy

What motor motor is used for compition for the 2wd buggy compition brushed or bushless?

You can run either, but I doubt than anyone is running brushed any more.

what roar class? how big is the track? conditions?

Im realy just looking for a basic setup the closet track to be for elec is 6 hrs away I just realy wanted to build one just to build one but be somewhat race preped I hope that makes since.

..wouldn't you need to know the spur gear size as well?

look in the manual to see what your spur size is. i have no idea what pinion you should run because everyone is different when it comes to gearing combos.. i have a b44 and my combo is 84/21 84/22 depending on track size and how hot it is outside.. final drive ratio is the best way to figure this out.very simple

spur / pinion x's transmission ratio = fdr

Ok understand all but the how hot it is outside how would that affect the spur and pinion? I also know if you have it geared wrong that it will cause battery issues.
