Default How do you rebuild bottom fill shocks?

I'm trying to rebuild the shocks on my Speed-T and I am not having any luck at all. There isn't anything in the manual about building them and I am clueless. Anyone have any tips? I would like to get around 70% - 80% rebound when all is said and done.

Well I got everything feeling smooth but I am at zero rebound. I might mess with it some more tomorrow but I'm probably going to race it the way it is tomorrow night and see how it does with zero rebound.
