Airtronics MX-3 Receiver BEC question
 

Hey all, just picked up an Airtronics MX-3 , came with the crystal set and no servos for 90 shipped new. One thing when reading the manual it stated that the receiver had no BEC.

I am currently using this in a T4 with an esc that puts out 6Vs of BEC. How will this affect my servo performance? I run a hitec 925MG servo. Do I need to run some sort of seperate power source to the receiver?

Its designed to run on 6v. It works just fine with speed controls with their own bec. Hitec servos also run very well on 6v. That 945 is the best analog servo you can buy.
