OPS .21 buggy engines
 
I was looking at a OPS .21 engine today and was amazed at the quality! but looks dont mean a thing on the track.has anyone on here ever had one of these and what is your opinion?

this is probably one of the most unknown motors that can smoke anything.

they are good engines. pickey to tune at times though. they make good mid and high power and can be had cheap especially on ebay. Iv'e een them new in box sell for $120. I bought mine used on ebay with just breakin running for $100. I had it in my Hyper 7 but was not too happy with the low end for the tight track I run on so I replaced it with an RB S5. The OPS is now in my Kyosho landmax 2 and it hauls.

Piston and sleeves.
 
I have new in the package piston and sleeve sets for OPS .21 if any of you guys have a need for them. $25 each plus $3 shipping.
