Hi,

I'm getting ready to replace my mini-t's motor with the Orion Baja. It has a single cap already soldered.

I'm wondering if I need to add additional caps to this motor?

Also, as a related question: I've noticed that several aftermarket motors only come with a single cap installed. Seems like most require 3 caps, so I wonder why the manufacturer bothers with just one....why not do all 3...or none?

Nope. the caps are built in, so you dont need to put caps on.
