Need some help setting up Speed-T for carpet stadium racing.
Like the title says, I need some help setting up my speed-t for inside carpet stadium racing. It's either pushing the front or spinning out.
I am running stock tires and treating them with jack the gripper before each race. I sprayed them with simple green and put them in ziplock bags for two days. I have raced them three days now.
The only mod I have made so far is an upgraded servo. The original servo made it through four races before it decided to die.

+1 on that. That would be the first thing you do if you are running stadium truck on carpet. Those stock street tires are crap. Other than that nothing else would really matter unless stiffing up the susp. if it is a smoother track.

OT a little but not too much.
When running a stadium on a street track do you guys run the street tires in the front or ribs? I've ran them both ways but it's been years and I don't recall which I preferred. I think the ribs might have turned better but can't remember.
Thanks

Agree on the Pro Line Striker II,....also generally on carpet you only want traction compound on the inner portion of the front tires. Experiment with coating perhaps 30~50% of the inner portion, full coat the rears. Not familiar with the Speed T, but generally want the front suspension a little stiffer than the rear, both spring and oil.
P.S: Already mentioned, but you must have a properly operating diff.

Just what I have on my Speed-T....
Maybe a sway bar of some sort might help?
