As much as the people who want them too will disagree, the market for it just isn't big enough to make it worth thier while. I really wish I could find some 1.9 tires for mine though

I would gladly buy several re-released RC10 of any vintage from the mid to late 80's.
Traxxas owners are accustomed to having tough vehicles, but they would be impressed w/ the durability of the early RC10s if they were given the opportunity to drive one.
Those cars were not only fast, but they were tough as nails!

Just using Traxxas as a measure everyone could use as a reference. Everyone (including me) knows that Traxxas vehicles are tough. I can see from my post were it looks to be "anti" Traxxas, sorry.
Like I said, the OG RC10 was not only fast, it was tough as hell.

I haven't heard anything but I think anvintage class would be very cool. I know here in central ca we just lost my fav track in Sacramento but I still would love to see the original gold pan rc10 released with a brushless and lips it would be fun to drive and awesome to see driving around the track.

If they re-release any of the oldies, it should probally be the team car(black tub) or the worlds car(black tub). I say this only because the original stealth tranny could survive brushless/lipo where a 6 gear tranny car would not care for all that torque.Plus the original ball diff sucked compared to the stealth diff, and you would want a slipper for BL power.

I would buy a re-release of the RC10 Worlds for sure. Hope this is true, it would fit in my Tamiya collection

It was very rare when I broke my suspension arms on my RC10CE... Of course, this could be due to me being a better driver back then as a kid (I am the suck now as an adult ).
The only time I had to replace the front arm was when my buddy drove my RC10CE years and years later (RC10B3 era) underneath a parked car in the parking lot...
I replaced it with these black nylon ones, which totally clashed with the original arms in the rear which were white...
I am going to restore the RC10CE one of these days and mount my GTX and Return of the Monster stock motor in it. Probably would run it too since it is durable and I see no issue with it (except for the fact that we have 15 to 20 pound 1/8 electrics)...
Does anyone know if the RPM arms are the original RC10 length, or the Championship Edition length?

Rear arms:

???
I've seen these on my friend's RC10 years ago, but can't remember which length (original versus CE) it was...
EDIT:
Nevermind, I got off my lazy butt and took a caliper to my CE... These ARE the CE lengths! Joy...

IMO the big issue would weather AE has any of the molds for the nylon parts anymore.
You would think that with rise in vintage racing that RPM would re-release some of the parts they use to make but they can't. I asked them and was told they don't have any of the molds left because they modified and used them to make other parts. I didn't ask which parts they used them for but that's what I was told. Just an FYI
