Default ESC Problem

I have a tekin g20 esc that was working just fine on 2s lipo w/traxxas motor but now I installed on another car with a 13x2 that I cleaned up and checked the brushes which appear to be good but all of a sudden it won't supply power to the motor. I then got an M5 from another person and it spun the motor 1 time and quit working after that and the servo works just fine...I was wondering does that mean both esc's are just bad? or is there something I am missing?

first thing I would check is to see if your batteries are completly charged when checking and then try the traxxas motor again. If it works then you know it's the 13x2 motor. Sometimes rocks and e-clips get in the motor and will cause it to not turn. Might want to check that. Process of elimination.

yea I had just peaked my batts, rebuilt the motor and then cleaned it out while I was doing so.. i'll try again but it seems awfully weird that it just quit.. when i roll the car it spins freely so there shouldn't be anything stuck inside but I'll try again tommorow and post my findings
