Default Rustler to Bandit Question

I want to change an old Rustler I have into a Bandit. I know I need different rear suspension arms, do I need new slider shafts also?

Not sure about bandit rear arms but rustler arms are definately different to slash arms. The slash arms are shorter and have some toe-in as well.

Thanks for the offer but my Rustler is missing some stuff and it wouldn't be a fair trade. I'm just starting to think about what I need.

i know this is a bit late...

The rustler and bandit rear arms are the same but the fronts are shorter on the bandit.

I have a full set here if you are still chasing, arms and pivot rods. I have 2 rustlers and one bandit that is in parts.. i cant see myself every going back to the bandit.

My 5yr old bashes the rustler and the others are just for parts.

Rustler and Bandit rear arms are not the same length. The Bandit ones are shorter. Bandit front arms are a little shorter than Rustler front arms. Interestingly, the front outer hinge pin on a Bandit is 1/8" but on a Rustler it is 3/32" (approximately). If you plan to run the win on the bandit, you also need the bandit rear shock tower - unless you can drill the hole your self for the wing wire that goes in the shock tower. The wheels & tires are also (obviously) different.
