Oh man, I love my RB5. I would highly consider the Ultima SC and the Blitz now. There are a few things I don't like about my SC10 right now.

I wish we had a SCT class. All we can get together are a few spec slashes. Even that is fading away around here as people get buggies.

We have good turnouts for buggy and open mod(2wd trucks and 4wd buggies, in which I run a RT5).

If this turns out to be 4wd...consider one sold!

Sweeeeet, you know the Kyosho will be more in-line w/ the SC10 and Blitz instead of the Slash, Strike.

nice to see kyosho joining the sct class. now how much is it going to be? I have a blitz on order and am selling my sc10 for that. Might not run the hpi long if this isn't to expensive.

If it's based off the RT-5 it's going to have a hefty price tag!

I know, thats why I am a little concerned about the price. This one I might have to see in person before ordering.

It'll be probably more expensive than the HPI for sure, no matter how downgraded it is. Maybe plastic shocks, gear diffs, black steel turnbuckles, no quick release hubs?

The Blitz is already $195 RTR with a kit version coming probably at $160-165.

Oh no, I will have to have one. This is the biggest class where I race and we keep getting new SC10s all the time. I was wanting an RT5 but the SC class is really cutting into the stadium truck action big time so I never sprung for one. I hope the truck has all of the features of the RT5 and isn't watered down at all.

If it is watered down I hope that those sweet velvet coated adjustable shocks isn't a feature that got the axe.

anyone have anymore info on this? just got my rt5 and would really like to run all kyosho. actually hope it doesn't come with qc wheels though. 12mm hexes like the rest of the trucks would be great with me.

I am expecting it will be dumbed down from RT5. Maybe like Ready Set? Nobody has come out with a "factory team" type SCT yet. My hobby shop guy asked his kyosho rep and they said it would be RTR. Said the rep was surprised modified SCT racing was popular here.
