1/8 offroad pipe selection
 
wondering what a good all aroung pipe for a 1/8 offroad buggy have a picco .21 comp motor looking to broden all aroung performance mainly mid range is the ofna .053 a good one any help apreciated thanks

unfortunately, the old addage in racing is that you have to give to get. so, determine what you are willing to sacrafice.

i switched to the 053 pipe from an 063, and before, i was running an 086 pipe. all of which has had a waller power adaptor. btw, the waller power adaptors are specific to the pipe, so keep that in mind. i thought the 053 has the best of both worlds. i run the same pipe in both my hyper 7 pbs and my mbx5 and the motors i interchange between both cars are a ws7 & ws72.

best thing about the ofna o53 pipe (aside from it being a one-piece) is that you get the header included - all for about $44.95. ulitmate hobbies has 'em @ that price. you can also try nitrohouse, they're list price is a little more, but they'll match ultimate's price - just let 'em know.
