Flame them and the use zip free in a plastic bag, if the track is really dry (hot here in the NE right now) try death grip or motor spray.

Thanks, but I use Reino's Marinade and Ragu on all my tires, it gets them just as soft but helps them last longer.

Thanks for the tips on what tires to run, I got some double dee's for the rear, might pick up some pink tapers for the front.
