Default Factory Team Shocks

I'm in the process of putting associated factory team shocks on my GT RTR. When I was disassembling the RTR shocks two large spacers came out of the shock bodies, white and black. i thought there was only one large spacer, a split locking washer, two small spacers and two O-rings inside the shocks. What do i do with two large spacers. The manual only shows one, where did the other one come from?

I don't have gt, but my guess would be a droop stop... goes on the shaft inside the shock after the packing is installed...
