I just wanted to relay a great (and rare) positive customer service experience I had this week with SMC battery. I had a fairly new LiPo battery that had started to bulge on two opposing sides despite correct charging and maintenance. I contacted SMC and they, with no prompting from me, said they would replace the battery. I thought this was pretty cool that they stand behind their products this way. Cudos to SMC !!! I just wish more companies were this stand-up.

Same thing happened to my buddy and they shipped him a brand new battery. At the time I was deciding on which battery to buy and it convinced me to go SMC.
