Not looking to break the bank here, just want a toolset to get me going for now, i'll add to the set as I go, just need it so I can replace parts if needed, change a gear, mount servo etc. Thanks in advance for any advice.

you can get a set of hex drivers from amain for about $13 per set, then just your basic magnitized tip #2 phillips head screw driver and a pair of needle nose pliers(i always have a pair with me) and build from there
