Mine! I like LRP and SP but the faster ones I suppose are the Trinity Duo's.

Try the Team Fantom 13.5. I love mine is works flawless. It's a Duo based motor.

Try a Novak with the tuning rotor. You will be surprised.

I'm wondering what the best 13.5 motor is too. Debating whether to go for the Tekin Redline or the new Novak Ballistic series motor. The Trinity Duo sounds interesting too...

Currently have the SS Novak 13.5. Also running an RB5.

Tekin Redline Series motors are the best in the business... They are seriously pricey, but well, well worth every penny. My Novak's and Trinity's are satisfactory, still use them. But since I invested in the Tekin electronics, it has been night and day different all for the better.

Fantoms are just restickered trinity's (peel the sticker on the endbell and check) and I have seen nothing but problems, novaks are ok but just wait till you have an issue and try to get parts (in order to get the bearings that seized on mine I have to get an endbell too!), stick with the tekins, or lrp 12 series (dont get the vector 11's) and you'll be happy.

13.5 LRP's are the 11's, they dont make in the 12 series but your probably just saying in general. Yeah, I like the 12 series too, havent ran a Tekin yet.

We had a bad batch of xcelorin esc and 17.5 losi motors. Go for tekin. The price is steep but its an investment

I keep hearing about Tekin, thats all I ever used in the late 80's early 90's then they disapeared so I went to Novak. I guess there name was bought out and they slowly started coming back but now it seems like people are really happy with there products?
