What is a good conversion kit for a 8 scale ofna buggy specifically an Ofna Lx One.

Looks like Ofna is going to make a kit with the electric parts, maybe you could buy the parts needed to convert.

It might, but Novak conversions only work with Novak motors.

Well then will a Tekno conversion kit work with any motors

Need to make sure the motor mount matches the type of motor you are getting ... ie. 42 mm for Tekin/Castle I believe

You could also give RC-Monster a call and see if one of his motor mounts will fit your buggy. He makes mounts for a couple different vintages of the Ofna buggies.
