I have a Balance Charger but i did not have a Balance Plug that would fit my new Battery's so i was just gone to run them in the yard some and then this weekend when i got to the track get a friend with the right plug to Balance them for me and charge them to.

Every charge here aswell.
i always see a tiny difference on my packs of 0.1V orso.

I use a Accucel-6 (for 2S lipos) and Hyperion charger for 3S and up cell counts. Both are balancing chargers and I balance everytime I charge, its just too easy not to.
With a balancing charger, it just balances it automatically. You can push some buttons to get to a display where you can watch teh cell voltages if you want, but there's really nothing to do to make it happen, at least not with the 2 chargers I've been using.

your fine. 1c on a 4500mah battery would be 4.5amps. Charging below that is fine and will be better for the battery. I usually charge my 5000mah batteries at 4amps just to be nicer to them. I do balance on every charge since my tp610c has a balance board built in. I rarely ever see anything more than .002 difference on a cell to cell basis which is nothing at all.
