Default XXT

Hope someone can help.I bought a xxt and wonder how to tell if it is a xxtcr.The chassis say xl near rear suspension and chassis does not look plastic. Does the cr say graphite on bottom of chassis or were they just black.Thanks for the help.

The easiest way to tell is if the rear t-plate under the transmission and the pivot support is one piece.. the CR versions had separate t-plate & inner hinge pin supports. The rear arms were also different too.. the lower shock mounts screwed on to the arms on the CR and were molded into the arm on the original. The carriers were different too.. the CR had rounded carriers with 2 positions on them.. Basically the CR and original XXT hand different rear end parts... that's about it.. if you still can't tell... take some pictures of the rear end stuff and post them...
