Use the charger from the Hobbico Elite. It will do both packs at one time at 2 amps.

If charging multiple pacs at same time - consider this one, multi-pack charging harnesses avaibable -

If single pac charging is OK, Onyx 230 is a good one.

Astro-Blinky, Hyperion LBA10, Equinox or the Team Checkpoint balancers are all solid balancers. They operate in both standalone and charge thru modes (which is how you want to balance). Bliunky doesn't need balance tap adapters cause it plugs directly into the balance tap.

If you have to buy a charger anyway, why buy one without a built in balancer, then a separate balancer?

Even if you don’t think you need a balancer, in my experience balance chargers finish the CV portion quicker.

The question was best lipo charger, not just one that will charge. Seems to me that requires a built in balancer.

Hyperions seem to be quite good, several models to choose from.

They are available at many shops.

Suggest considering where you might go with vehicles in the future. The EOS0403i would be plenty for a 1/16 scale I would think. But if you might get a 1/10 one of the 606 jobs might be a better choice, or one of the biggies for a 1/8 electric beast. Good luck.
