Awesome charger, heaps of power and has some great features. very well priced too. Can charge 2 batteries if you make up some connectors in parrall.

I'm pretty sure it's true that all lipo chargers have ablut the same quality of charge. Maybe with exception to some cheap chargers, but that's compared to nimh chargers which have huge differences.

Let me be the first to say a bad thing. I plugged mine in and the first thing it did was to let out a nice puff of smoke.

Now for the good. I called Venom and told them what was going on. I kept getting an error message that read "Short Err". I told the Venom rep that. His response was "send it back I'll ship you a new one ASAP". I have the kind with the external power supply. They didn't have any of those is stock he told me to keep all of the plugs and power supply. He'd replace it with the unit that does not have the PS included. All of that and he didn't even ask me how long I had owned it.

I'm not sure if I'm going to use it, or ebay it when it comes back, or get a different brand. I'm thinking of a Triton EQ myself.

I love my tunigy, all other just look like rebadged re-chassis of tunigy

get the accucel-8 if you need more watts.

I had the venom before I picked up my Batam and I really liked it.It is a good quality charger that is very affordable.
