cant forget academy...ive heard good things but nobody like maifield or tebo runs them so they dont get much promotion...like i said i love how associated products work..thats y i use them
Academy cars are just as capable... drive a lot like a Kyosho imo
They are all good... just comes down to the driver. btw, Tebo was rocking at the nats but seemed to struggle in the mains out there on his own against the team driving He was the fastest guy there in 2wd and 4wd
You seem to have alot of knowledge on losi cars, how much Losi cars have you owned? And do you think the losi CORR truck was designed to compete with the slash or the SC10? Thats what I thought......
i have had 5 losi cars i think they are just trying to compete with traxxas but they are no where near close
yeah seriously, what the hell do you know about losi vehicles. all you got is a stupid slash and you say losi sucks? the track we run on is covered in associated vehicles because part support and they are fast on the track. i drove my losi just as fast, well faster at times.
its good to know what you're talking about instead of bash on some company
first off i have had 5 of their cars they brake A LOT and i have more then just a slash you asshole and i said that they have nice racing buggies
And trucks
They dont break alot, that is just your problem. its good to know what your talking about.
i know what i am talking about your the one who thinks i have no idea what i am talking about i have had a variety of their cars i still think that they arent as good as traxxas

Not to go all grammar Nazi on you but if you want people to take your knowledge seriously, it usually helps to use punctuation and the shift key if only occasionally. It is also generally a good idea to back up claims with specifics.
For example "I have had a Traxxas Slash for 3 weeks. It has about 15 hours on it and so far, zero breakages". Or "I have owned the Losi 1/10 Slider. First time on the track the ESC went up in smoke and I broke the left forward A-Arm when I came into contact with the barrier in turn 3". To name some from your point of view.
Currently I own 2 Slashes and work on a total of 3. We break things all the time. My 8 year old son managed to break the belly pan (the large gray plastic piece that is the center of the truck) on a gravel road. Snapped the tab right off where it attaches to the rear sub-assembly. Pretty crappy when you consider he had all of 5 hours on the truck.
Breaking stuff happens if you actually use the thing - brand name doesn't matter. It's just a part number - they make more everyday. What concerns me is performance when they aren't broke.

Everyone has there own opinion but you seem to be one sided. I have owned many traxxas trucks(ie jato,revo,slash,tmaxx,4tec) and i have owned a couple losi cars(ie 8b, 8t, 8b 2.0, 8t 2.0, lst2)
With traxxas trucks i was replacing parts every time i went out. It started to get annoying. Then i bought a losi to race with and ive broke a few odd parts but nothing compared to what i broke on traxxas. I do have to give it to traxxas, there slash is a very nice sc truck. Its durable, fun, and anyone can drive it. One example of durability is i went full speed into a table leg, the a arm hit the leg and i drove away and the table was on the ground.
I am very interested in seeing the sc truck losi has came out with. They are a very competitive company. I dont know how the sc scene is in other areas but i live in az, home of the nitro pit and srs. Sc has died a lot. If the price is right i will grab the losi truck for bashing, but what ive seen here, idk how it is in other parts, they came out to late for the racing scene, but maybe this will revive it around here.
Just my thoughts.

I'm not a huge Losi fan(Associated for life), and other than the Traxxas TRX-1 way back in the 80's and the Slash(I've had a lot of fun w/ my Slash) I have never had the desire to own another Traxxas product, but I'll own the Losi SC just because I'm a SC racing fan!
IMO, SC racing is an absolute blast and I want to see it expand in it's appeal.
Now, let's see who else joins the fray. I hear there are a few more entries that will be announced in the near future.
