It's a good ESC, but not for that price.

That's a big old NEGATIVE GHOST RIDER! The one pictured in the link is the old version of the rooster..it even says that it has a 15T limit. The new version has a LVC for 2S LiPos and has a 12T limit.

The old version Roosters sold for $85 . Some places still have them for that price , so $67 is a good price . No need to spend $100 if he isn`t running lipo and a motor hotter then a 15 turn .

I'd spend the extra $$$ and get newer version. The old one was based off of old motors and batteries... now we've got 5000mah Nimhs and super fast 19T motors that put some 15T motors to shame! Just my 2 cents.....with that said I still have an old Explorer II and I love it! I use it with my 19T, but it gets pretty warm.
