What's a Nihm???

Oh, do you mean those batteries the egyptians used for thier flashlights so they could build the pyramids at night?

Go to hobbycity.com get a Zippy 4000mah (not, NOT the 5000! wont fit), hardcase, 2S1P packs for $35.

You'll have to put a little notch in the chassis for the wires to come out the side. Otherwise it fits fine. I have 3, no problems yet, stays right along side other exact same trucks running $120 batteries on the straight.

I dumped the stock battery hold down and went with an aluminum one from STRC racing. Works with every battery I have with no problems.

They give you discounts as you buy stuff, my price for those packs is 17.19, there is no catch, you are just paying a reasonable price, shipping is a little more but buy in bulk to save, for example, I calculated the cost of 4 packs with shipping and it came to 98.19.

Thats exactly what I had planned on doing. gonna buy 5 and just wait for them to restock. If something was to happen to one of the batteries I wouldn't feel no where near as bad to toss it as I would an $80 pack.

I always build shock with green slime, this wasnt my first RC. They still leak and fade like crap.

Not the best solder job. Haven't quite got that part figured out.

Some more tweaks and it'll be ready for the track again!
I see a rear sway bar, what effect does it have on this truck??? Does it decrease rear traction and make the rear slide, or does it decrease the chassis roll enough to reduce the steering?
