There are some that feel 13.5 is equal, there are others that feel 10.5 is equilivant.

There are some off the shelf 19t's that are slower than others. There are some tuned 19t that are super quick. It really depends on what you buy. $50 on a brushed 19t will get you a better motor than $19 on a brushed 19t.

If you plan on racing in a specific class, your best bet is to see what is allowed in the 19t class at the track that you go to, and buy that.

If your just buying one to have fun with and want a BL that is most similar to at 19t, and racing in a specific class does not matter to you, I would say 10.5.

I went from 19t to a 10.5 and feel they are about the same in the power / speed department, though with a lipo I would give the 10.5 a very slight advantage.

You will also notice much longer run times with the BL.

I got em all; good 27t and 19t as well as 10.5,13.5 and 17.5 IMO there is no dead even combo. BUT my 13.5 and 19t are pretty close, 10.5 is faster than a good 19t. and a 17.5 is a tick slower than a good 27t. 17.5 has less bottom end than a 27t too. Just what I've seen.

Not all BL motors are created equal, Losi and lrp are dogs, Orion and the DUO based motors seem to be the best and Novak is in the middle. JMO

IMO ROAR has it pretty close with 13.5/19t

Likely they won't let you run that motor That closer to a 6.5T > 7.5T motor. And it's sensorless.
