Default I have options and I need opinions!

Well I currently have a Slash with a VXL brushless set up in it but recently got my hands on a few other brushless motors and escs and I cant decide if I want to keep the VXL ESC and 10 turn motor or swap them out for one of these others. Heres what I my options are and what I do with the truck. 1. VXL ESC and VXL motor. 2. Mamba Max ESC and 5700kv or 7700kv Motor. 3. Novak XBR ESC and 10.5ex motor. I mainly just bash around at the local BMX dirt track and I hit the local rc track every once in a while but not often. Any input would be cool. Thanks.

vxl would probaly be your best bet because it can take up to 3 cell lipo or 10 cells NiMH(I think). The esc can take any motor whether it is sensored or sensorless. The motor is powerful and will give you the best run time. Also, the mamba max and xbr systems will sell better than the vxl.

if you are are going to race it what is the slash class made up of mod or stock? if you mainly use it for bashing then stick with the vxl.

I'm just not sure I would recommend a sensored motor to run on the ESC, but it can physically do it. There is no sensored wire plug on the ESC.

The MM 5700 all the way. It can handle 3s just as well as a VXL system, and you can use the castle link.

I could never get the VXL to work right with the sensored motor.

All the sytems are a great choice. However i would suggest the XBR if you are racing and the other two for bashing.
