Default Slash and Slayer Tire and Wheel Setup

Are the tire and wheel set up the same on the Slash and the Slayer? Im looking to buy a set of proline epics with switch tires from a guy that is running them on a Slayer and I have a Slash. Thanks in advance.

If you are going to run non-stock tires, why don't you just get two pair of Rustler rear wheels and regular offroad truck tires and run them?

If you don't like the Traxxas wheels, RPM has some nice variations. But you need to use the electric Rustler rear wheel on both front and rear of the slash. They fit.

Thanks but how in anyway did this answer my question? Im wondering if the Slash wheel and tire setup is the same as the Slayers not what you think I should use for wheels and tires.
