This one is AC or DC the first one I posted you need a power supply or a car battery to charge with it.

The li-po is for a brushless xvl with a novak speed controller and motor. Is there any chargers that dont need a powersupply for around 50-60 bucks? And the one you posted chip cross is that a balancer aswell?

As I type this I put on the flame proof suit.....

Yeah racing lipos are with out a doubt the best bang for the buck as far as lipos go. Do a quick search here and you will see real world reviews by people that actually own them. The only problem I have had was a cracked case due to ti coming out of my slash....don't know how that happened but it did. A little epoxy and it is still ticken.

As far as a charger goes, check out this guy.

You do need a power supply but just look for a 12v 6A+ LCD power supply off of ebay. Easy clean power and less then $20.

The charger has all kinds of reviews over on rcgroups.com. The plane guys have been using them for quite a while and like it very much.

Depending on the size of the lipo you want you could get two batts, charger and supply in your budget. Not too bad.

People will tell you that you do get what you pay for and I agree with that. But there is another saying.

Sometimes you pay more and get for less....don't just buy a name.

Let the attack begin.
