I have a brushless slash and it has integy shocks and rpm arms. The shocks raise the truck a bit to much so the drive lines rub on the arms. I was in the market for some good cvds. Also what are advantages and disadvantages if cvds.

I own the MIP CVD kit for the slash and it has given me no problems. The main advantage of a CVD kit over the slash stock axles is the fact that the plastic axles break ears off around the u-joints. Traxxas makes a steel replacement outdrive set for that problem, but you still have that plastic axle past that.
the MIP CVD's are the way to go, they are hardened steel and can take some abuse i'd imagine or MIP wouldn't have made them for a truck that takes so much abuse like a Slash.
