Default Bleaching wheels?

I'm working on restoring my old Losi Junior T and the previous owner had spray painted the wheels red. I soaked them in acetone to remove the red paint but now they have a pinkish hue to them. The wheels were originally white.

Can I soak them in bleach/water solution to get the pink out of them?

Worst comes to worst I can paint them, but the paint will eventually chip off.

You are probably not going to be able to bleach them back to white... but maybe you could die them to a closer red/pink they had.

Good luck!
