Default Need serious help with Xcelorin 1/8 ESC Firmware

I have 2 of the 1/8 Excelorin ESC's. I was updating the firmware of them last night. I did the first one with no problems. When I did the second one, it got to 26% into the transferring, and popped up an error window. After this, I tried to reconnect, and the software would not recognize that the ESC is connected. I tried restarting the software, restarting the computer, and even tried on a friends computer. Still would not recognize that the ESC is connected. I then plugged a battery into the buggy, and I had no throttle at all. Steering was fine, but nothing. Do you have any suggestions on what to do about this? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks so much.

I would contact Horizon for some help

Updating firm wear is kind of scary. It is like updating the BIOS on a computer. If it messes up you can't boot the computer anymore.

The above e-mail address should get you going in the right direction though.
