guys im looking to put 5700 systems in my rc10s.. do they have an upgrade aluminum gear set for the tranny/diff for these... let me no guys

Default No Need.

I'm pretty sure you'll do fine without metal gears in your tranny. I've got a 6900 with punch control disabled running 7 cell matched packs and my tranny is still intact, no shredded gears. Make sure your slipper is properly adjusted, along with your diff. Doesn't have to be super loose, but in tune.

yeah, the only thing that can cause you problems is your diff slipping & causing your diff gear to melt. If you have money to spend then purchase a set of ceramic diff balls & thrust bearings. You should be able to find a set of them for under $25. These will make your diff much easier to dial in & tune.

they are both BL ready...in high bite situations the diff could bark, if so, tighten it until it doesent...

i here you guys.. im just weary because i had a stamped with a 12 turn traxxas junk motor and xl5 and blew the tranny apart.... i had to put the upgrade idle gear and diff... thats why i was asking

Well thats traxxas. AE gears are hella strong. I seen people but 5.5 motors to these thing and had no trouble. You will be fine with the stock gears.
