Is this possible?
 

I am wondering if it is possible to use the AE motor mount and radio tray pieces from the conversion it and somehow use the RCPD ultimate tray or the rc-monster tray instead? Anyone think that would work? Can you buy the AE conversion parts seperate like the losi ones?

I would say that it is possible. As a matter of fact, I have the RCM conversion kit and am waiting for the parts to the AE conversion kit to be sold separately. I like the AE kit's radio box and will be putting that on my chassis as soon as it's available. If you ask any of the guys that post here, most of them have an amalgamation of parts that they have adapted for their specific use.

Any idea when/if they will sell the parts separate? I really just want the radio tray and possibly the motor mount.

What if you buy the whole kit and maybe someone will want the other parts?

Well I would think one of the benefits of the AE kit is the radio tray. If I buy the kit and remove that one part, no one may want to buy it from me....lol. And no, I have no idea when the individual parts will become available. But I am checking A Main and Tower all the time.....:nod: Now as far as the RCPD and RCM stuff, you can buy those pieces individually.
