Motor choices

I'm was planning on upgrading my e-revo to brushless using the MMM 2650 on 6s lipos, but i heard that the motors get unreliable past then . should i take the risk and stick with my plan, run on 4s, go to the MMM 2200 on 6s, or MMM 2200 on 4s? I want hella top speed and not so high temps. Also, how can i cool my electronics better?

The 2650 is for 1/8 buggies 2200 is for MT's/truggy's. 2200 on 6s is standing backflips with the e-revo.

A Feigao XL size motor goes for around $80. We know that the MMM motors will be based off of the Neu motors (which go for around $240 for the 1512). I would assume this means 4 pole slotted stator design. While the MMM motors will most likely be better than a Feigao, I'm sure they will have to cut a few corners to have a lower price point, which means non-finned design, lower-end bearings, high temps, etc.
