Why would you need a 7-8k pack?

The XH connector, is that Align or Hyperion?

Some tracks you want a guarenteeed runtime of 20 - 25 minutes as they probably run with nitros, maybe more. Out here the indoor track it is possible to dump a 6000mah 4S pack with a Neu 1512 2.5D motor in about 18 minutes.

The JST-XH connector is the same one that Align uses.

As far as higher capacity packs go with a hardcase we may do one but we will wait and see how this class evolves.

We have no plans at the moment of doing a hardcase pack for the AE conversion as this pack would only be good for this car and racers can use 2 of the current hardcase 2S packs. Once we see how this class matures we will surely make a such a pack but the mold costs for a new case is kind of pricey.

How is the delivery date looking for these packs? Is there going to be good availability from the launch?

Cells should be ready next week then the mold will be done to get the cases so I would have to think were atleast 4 weeks away before these will be available.
