what can i do about balloning tires?

Dont drive as fast...or...put tape on the inside of the tire before mounting

Turn the tires inside out and run a piece of strapping tape (the kind with fibers in it) around the tire. turn the back to normal and glue them up with OFNA Yellow foams.
